Supporting environment
Cape Town’s infrastructure, showcased during the 2010 World Cup, is First World and first class, from roads and power through to education, health care and entertainment. This means it’s easy to do business here, and expatriate staff enjoy superb quality of life.
Telecommunications connectivity
South Africa’s telecommunications costs have reduced by 85% since 2003, even as bandwidth to the EU, UK and India has increased with the laying of new undersea cables. Further cables are expected to come onstream in 2012.
