BPeSA W Cape is working in partnership with Provincial Government, City of Cape Town, the dti, the Business Trust, local industry operators and service-providers to develop skills programmes and targeted skills interventions that result in world-class contact-centre talent pipelines.
BPeSA W Cape recognizes the importance of developing a talent pipeline of key skills, especially in leadership roles such as team leaders, to meet off-shoring needs.
In order to achieve this, we aim to grow the skills capacity of the domestic market thereby creating a healthy eco-system of talent to meet off-shoring ‘just in time’ skills needs.
