What is BPeSA Western Cape Membership Program?
Our Membership program has been constructed after detailed analysis of international best practice for industry associations in the contact centre/BPO industry. Membership was created out of a need to consolidate the Western Cape contact centre/BPO sector through a powerful unified industry body. BPeSA Western Cape is the only industry body for this sector backed and funded by the Provincial Government of the Western Cape and the City of Cape Town. We therefore offer companies an opportunity to be represented by a single body with a united voice.

Membership Process
- Complete the membership forms and send back to Nicky Floris, at nicky@bpesawesterncape.co.za
- We don’t issue an invoice without the forms.
- Once we receive the forms we will process an invoice and send that through to you
- Please note: that your Paid Membership status only comes into effect once the invoice has been paid.
- Upon receipt of payment notification in our bank account we will provide a : membership button for use on your website and other marketing material should you wish to use it for those purposes, a welcome letter to BPeSA WC and also a letter confirming that your company are Paid Up Members of the organisation.
