BPeSA Western Cape promotes domestic and international contact centre and BPO investment into Cape Town and the Western Cape. We do this in five primary ways:
- We provide information to and about the local industry
- We provide investment facilitation services
- We co-ordinate training and skills development for the industry
- We act as a networking body and trade association
- We are a liaison point between industry members and local, provincial and national governments.
BPeSA Western Cape, originally Calling the Cape, was founded in 2001. We are a public-private partnership jointly funded by the industry via membership fees and by the Provincial Government of the Western Cape.
